Getting a Food Loyalty Card is easy and it is FREE!
Simply request an application form on your next visit the the Nabs Head. You will receive your own loyalty card and become a member of our loyalty program and you will start to earn points each time you dine with us.
The more you dine the more points you earn.
- Earn 4 points for every £1 spent on food.
- Each point is worth 1p
- Points can be redeemed against both food and drink.

How can I get a Loyalty Card?
If you’re resident in the UK and over 18, simply pick up your Loyalty Card at the Nabs Head and register it with a member of staff. Cards cannot be ordered online, they are only available to be collected from pub.
During busy times it may be necessary to collect your card on your next visit to give our team time to set up your account and register your card.
How do I register my card?
Your card will be registered to your account before it is handed over to you.
Can I have more than one card?
No. If you’ve picked up a second card, then please contact us and we will be able to transfer your points onto a single card.
Are there any age limits?
Yes, you must be over the age of 18 to join the scheme.
Will you contact me?
Not unless you ask us to do so, we are not starting a mailing list and all data is stored offline. We will never sell your data to third parties for commercial use.
I have an older stamp style Loyalty Card, are these still valid.
Yes, you can continue to use these as before throughout 2018, however no replacement cards of this type are available and you will need to register for the new Loyalty Card once your card is full. Any stamp cards unfilled will not be valid from 1/1/19 and must be redeemed before this date.

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points every time you visit the Nabs Head. Simply present your card when you pay and you’ll collect points on qualifying purchases. For every £1 spent you’ll receive 4 points.
Can I earn points even if I forget my card?
Yes. if you forget your card we can still attribute your points to your account either by using your your account number (if known) or using the unique code at the bottom of your payment receipt.
Can I split the bill and earn points on more than one card?
Yes. but this can only be authorised by the manager and requires manual intervention.
I think my points balance is wrong
If you think your points balance is wrong, please let us know on your next visit. You can check you points balance with a member of staff at any time.
Do points expire?
No, however we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
What purchases do I earn points on?
You can earn points on all food purchases excluding sundries (i.e crisps & nuts).

How do I claim my points?
To use your points, simply present your Loyalty Card when you pay your bill, or place an order.
Will I receive a paper voucher?
You won’t receive a paper voucher – we’ve made it nice and easy by adding your rewards automatically to your account. You decide when to claim them off your bill.
Can I give my points to someone else?
Points cannot be transferred.
Do rewards expire?
Are there any restrictions on the use of my points?
No, points can be redeemed against any purchase made in the Nabs Head.

Can I use my card at any pub?
No, this Loyalty program is unique to the Nabs Head.
Can I use my card along with other vouchers at the same time?
Yes, points and rewards can be claimed at the same time as any vouchers you may have. Points will be allocated to your Loyalty Card based on the final cash value.
Do you provide key fobs?
No, not at this time.
Will my card expire?
We reserve the right to cancel any card that has gone unused for 12 months. All points would be lost.
What do I do if I’ve lost/damaged my card?
Pick up a new card at the Nabs Head, we will be able to register your new card and transfer any unused points from your old card. We reserve the right to charge for replacement cards for a £1 fee (this is the wholesale cost to us) – this fee will normally be waived but may be charged at our discretion if we deem the number of replacements cards you have been issued to be excessive.

To ensure your data is protected it is only possible to check your points at the bar.
How do I update my details?

How do I know my points balance?
You can check your points balance on your next visit to the Nabs Head or by emailing us using the contact page.
I’ve forgotten my account number.
You account number is on the back of your loyalty card, if it has worn off don’t worry just let us know on your next visit and we can let you know what it is.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your card at any time by emailing us or popping into the Nabs Head and letting us know. Please note all points and rewards would be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
